Day 58: Badalta Mausam, Ekadashi ki Shakti aur Sehat ka 'Kavach' 🌡️☔🌿
🙏🙏 Jai shree shyam 🙏 🙏 Radhe Radhe!
Aaj jab main subah uthi aur sooraj dekha toh mann mein ek alag hi sukoon tha. Aaj mere Baba ka din hai aur jab unka saath ho, toh har mausam suhana lagne lagta hai. Lekin doston, aajkal mausam bilkul ek chhote bache ki tarah ho gaya hai—kabhi tez garmi, toh kabhi achanak baarish aur thandak!
Is badalte mausam mein hamara sharir thoda kamzor padne lagta hai. Isliye aaj main aapke liye lekar aayi hoon aise Shaktishali Nuskhe jo maine khud azma ye hain.
1) Ekadashi: mann aur sharir ki safai ✨
Aaj ka din sirf vrat ka nahi, balki apne andar ki gandagi ko saaf karne ka hai. Maine aaj subah Mausam badal raha hai—kabhi tez dhoop toh kabhi achanak thandak—lekin jab hamara sankalp lohe ki tarah mazboot ho, toh bahar ki hawa hamara kuch nahi bigad sakti.
Aaj Ekadashi par maine ye seekha hai ki apni sehat ka dhyan rakhna bhi ek tarah ki puja hi hai. Jab hamara sharir swasth rahega, tabhi toh hum apne un bade sapno ko haqiqat mein badal payenge jiska khwab hum roz dekhte hain. Aaj ka din mere liye woh 'Udaan' ka naya Panna hai.
2) Mausam ka 'Double Attack' aur Hamara 'Kavach' 🛡️
Jab achanak baarish se thandak badhti hai, toh gale mein kharash aur sardi ka darr rehta hai. Isse bachne ke liye meri kitchen ka ek
purana nuskha yaad rakhiye:
Adrak - Tulsi ka Jadoo:
Thode se paani mein adrak, tulsi ke patte aur ek laung ubaal kar pijiye. Ye aapki immunity ko lohe ki tarah majboot kar dega.
3) Garmi aur Dhoop se skin ki suraksha ☀️
Jaise-jaise garmi badhegi, hamari skin dhoop se jalne lagti hai (Tanning). Iske liye bahar ki mehen gi creame in chhodiye aur ye natural
pack lagaiye:
multani mitti aur orange peel: Thodi si multani mitti mein orange peel powder aur gulab jal milakar chehre par lagayein. Ye dhoop ki jalan ko sokh lega aur chehre par ek naya 'Tej' layega.
4) 'Hydration' hai sabse badi shakti 💧
Badalte mausam mein hum aksar paani peena bhool jate hain. Yaad rakhiye, hamara sharir 70% paani hai.
Health Tip: Din bhar mein kam se kam 8-10 glass paani pijiye. Agar thoda nimbu ya pudina mil jaye, toh sone par suhaga! Isse aap dukan ho ya ghar, din bhar energetic (taaza) mehsoos karenge.
Mera personal Experience (meri Udaan) 🚀
Doston, log mujhse puchte hain ki main itni thakan aur pichle 8 saal ke bure waqt ke baad bhi itni 'confident' kaise hoon? Mera jawab sirf ek hai—Baba Shyam ka vishwas aur khud par bharosa. Aaj main job par baithi hoon, apni zimmedariyan nibha rahi hoon. Lekin meri aankhon mein wahi 8 bees hi ka ghar aur 12 dukan on ka sapna hai. Mausam badlega, log badlenge, lekin meri 'Udaan' kabhi nahi rukegi.
Conclusion:
Apni sehat ka dhyan rakhiye, kyunki ek swasth sharir hi bade sapne poore kar sakta hai. Aaj Ekadashi par ek sankalp kijiye ki aap bhi rukenge nahi, sirf aage badhenge!
