Day 66 – Pyaasi Zindagi aur Paani ka Sahi Maap: Ek 'Health Advisor' ki Seekh

 



1. Zindagi ki Dhoop aur Hum Sab ki Tension

Jai Shri Shyam doston!

 'Khwab Udano Ki' mein aaj Day 66 hai. Aaj main sirf apne dukh ki baat nahi karungi, kyunki maine dekha hai ki is bhag-daur bhari zindagi mein har koi kisi na kisi bojh tale daba hai. Chahe wo school jane wala baccha ho jis par padhai ka pressure hai, ghar sambhalne wali mahila ho, din-raat bheed mein kaam karne wala mard ho, ya wo buzurg jo purani yaadon ke saath jee rahe hain—Tension har kisi ki zindagi ka hissa ban gayi hai.

Hum sab apni-apni ladayi lad rahe hain. Kabhi-kabhi lagta hai ki hum andar se sookh rahe hain, maano jaise hamari rooh ki pyaas koi samajhne wala nahi hai. Hum sabne apni life mein bahut saha hai, par ab waqt hai khud ko sambhalne ka.

2. Pani ka Sahi Vigyan: Kisko Kitna Peena Chahiye?

Jab hum tension mein hote hain, toh aksar apna dhyan rakhna bhool jate hain. Sab kehte hain "Dher saara pani piyo," par kitna? Maine apne Health Advisor ke anubhav aur research se ye samjha hai ki pani ka maap har kisi ke liye ek jaisa nahi hota. Ye aapke Body Weight (Kilograms/kg) aur Umar (Age) par nirbhar karta hai.

Badon ke liye (Adults):

 Iska ek simple formula hai—Aapka jitna vajan (Weight) hai, use 30 se divide (bhag) kar dein. Maan lijiye agar aapka weight 60kg hai, toh 60 \div 30 = 2. Yaani aapko din mein 2 Litre pani peena chahiye.

Bacchon ke liye (Children): 

Chote bacchon ka sharir nazuk hota hai. 10 saal tak ki umar ke bacchon ko din bhar mein kam se kam 1 Litre pani zaroor peena chahiye taaki unka sharir hydrated rahe.

3. Khade hokar Pani Peene ki Galti aur Uske Nuksan

Ek bahut zaroori baat jo hum aksar nazarandaz kar dete hain—wo hai pani peene ka tarika. Aksar hum jaldbaazi mein khade hokar pani peete hain, jo hamari sehat ke liye zahar jaisa hai.

Jab hum khade hokar pani peete hain, toh pani bina chhane (filter hue) badi tezi se niche jata hai, jisse hamare sharir ka 'Fluid Balance' bigad jata hai. Iska sabse bura asar hamare jodon (joints) par padta hai. Khade hokar pani peene se guth no mein dard aur haddiyon ki bimariyan (Arthritis) shuru ho jati hain. Isliye dhyan rakhein—hamesha baith kar aur sukoon se sip-sip karke pani piyein.

4. Bhakti ki Mithaas aur Mausammi ka Ras

Garmiyon ne dastak di hai, aur maine ab Mausammi (Sweet Lime) ke juice ko apna saathi banaya hai. Ye juice sirf pyas nahi bujhata, balki ye sikh deta hai—ki zindagi kitni bhi khatti kyon na ho, usmein thodi si mithaas hum khud bhar sakte hain.

Jab main apne Kanha ke liye phoolon ki mala guth-ti hoon, toh mujhe ehsaas hota hai ki jaise ek-ek phool milkar mala banti hai, waise hi thoda-thoda pani aur thodi-thodi bhakti milkar hamari zindagi ki mushkilon ko thanda karti hai.



5. Emotional Touch: Utna hi Saho Jitna Zaroori Ho

Aaj ki sabse badi sikh yahi hai—zaroorat se zyada pani peene se sharir ko sujan (swelling) ho sakti hai, aur zaroorat se zyada tension lene se man ko rog.

Isliye, utna hi piyo jitna sharir maange, aur utna hi bojh uthao jitna mann seh sake. Hum sab ki 'Udaan' alag hai, hamari pyaas alag hai. Ek dusre ko samajhiye, na ki un par apni ummido ka bojh daliye.



"Logon ki Nazar aur Meri Mehnat ka Sach"

"Zindagi mein jab aap thaan lete hain ki aapko udna hai, toh sabse pehle wahi log rasta rokte hain jo khud zameen par reng rahe hote hain. Kuch logon ko meri mehnat 'paise ka lalach' lagti hai, par unhe ye nahi dikhta ki main apne sukoon ka 'lunch break' bhi apne bhavishya ke liye qurban karti hoon. Chahe wo silai center ho ya dukaan ki zimmedari, main har pal ko apni 'Udaan' banane mein judi hoon. Jo log sirf ghoor na aur baatein banana jante hain, unhe batana chahti hoon—aapki sasti soch aapko mubarak, meri mehnat hi mera asli gehna hai. Main Kanha ki bhakti aur apne hausle se wo mukam hasil karungi, jahan tak pahunchne ki aap khwab mein bhi nahi soch sakte".





Day 66 ki Special Shayari:

"Tension ki dhoop mein, har koi aaj jal raha hai,

Koi gir raha hai raah mein, toh koi sambhal raha hai.

1 Litre bachpan ho ya 3 Litre jawani ki pyaas,

Kanha ke dar par ab har dukh, khushi mein 

badal raha hai!" 🚩✨
